At Sitarotoys, your satisfaction matters to us. If you face any issue with your order, please read the updated policy below for a smooth exchange experience.

✅ Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

Returns are accepted only if the customer is not satisfied with the product quality.

In case the exchanged product has a different price, the amount will be adjusted accordingly (you pay or receive the difference).

Unboxing video and product photos are mandatory as proof for any exchange request. Without proper proof, requests will not be accepted.

Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

🚚 Exchange Pickup & Charges

We provide a reverse pickup service for exchanges.

A ₹200 pickup charge applies, or you may send the product to our warehouse at your own cost.

If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you’ll need to send the product to our warehouse address at your own cost.

The product must be in original, unused condition with all tags intact.

🔄 Exchange Policy

A product can be returned or exchanged only once.

Returned or exchanged products cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Once the exchanged product is received and passes quality check, the replacement will be dispatched.

💸 Adjustment Policy

If you choose to exchange for another product with a different price:

If the new product costs more - you’ll need to pay the difference.

If the new product costs less  - the remaining amount will be refunded.

🚫 Important Notes

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Used products are not eligible for exchange or return.

Order cancellations are only allowed before dispatch.
